naomilynnep@aol.com BioAbout me? Well, if you're reading this you probably already know 'a little' about me.
Grew up in upstate New York. Moved to Indiana to go to college, fell in love with the guy I married AND the place, and never left.
I somehow made it into the second half of my '40's while my back was turned. I have a daughter who somehow made it halfway through her teens while my back was turned.
For money I'm a librarian, working 2 part time jobs. I also, in theory, am a freelance writer, (50-some credits to my humble name) but lately it seems that everytime I sit down at the computer, a game leaps into the drive, or the internet appears ... so I never quite manage to write anything. I also write some fan-fic, but that too seems to have gone by the wayside -- or entered burn-out land.
In theory I also filk. Yeah. Well.
I think languages are cool, but I'm hopeless at them. (I am currently struggling my way through "Teach Yourself Italian.") I have two cats. I like to cook. I like to read. Mostly non-fiction these days. I like to travel, but usually do it from the comfort of my armchair. (NOT by choice.)
I am a luddite and don't know a damn thing about computers, so bear with me while I learn how this stuff all works.
